We've recently discovered Geocaching - it's a fun way to get more steps in as the weather improves. It's an outdoor activity in which participants seek out containers called geocaches, which can be tracked via your mobile phone.
If exercise could be packaged in a pill, it would be the single most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine in the nation.

Friday 11th February was a very exciting day, not only was the weather lovely but it was the first day of one of our open walking groups for the This Girl Can project. I met with two lovely ladies, Carmen and Adele, at Sefton Park boating lake and there we began our journey to breaking the stigma that surrounds menopause, as well as getting our daily steps in.
