Things I wouldn’t have thought I could do 12 months ago:

• Teach live streamed yoga classes over the internet
• Sit in front of a class of 30 students 
• Pull a Lions Breath face in front of anyone!

We’ve all had to spend a lot of time at home recently. Staying indoors for long periods can start to have an impact on your mental health, especially, if like me, you enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air.

My name is Charlotte and I’m a Nutrition and Dietetics student at the University of Chester. I’m passionate about health and making nutrition accessible to all. Healthy doesn’t have to be boring, confusing or expensive.

At TLC we look after each other so we can look after others, thinking positively and making the best of a situation is what we’re all about.

Running is 80% mentality and 20% physical. It started miraculously.  For me anyway! A cold, February Sunday morning in 2015 I put my trainers on.

I think about this a lot when I’m running.  I also routinely think: why is it raining again? why am I doing this? Why am I so slow today? what if I fall over and break my foot and no-one can find me? can I breathe? Oh no I need the loo!
