We're here to help you and your team get ready to welcome your new Kickstart employee. Anyone from your business is welcome to join us to pick up some skills to be the best possible mentor to your young person and anyone else for that matter. We'll take a look at boundaries questions too, when are you a boss, friend, mentor, coach...... and answer any Qs you have about settling your new employee into the business.
