Yoga helps to manage the physical and mental symptoms that many women* experience during peri / menopause. A short, regular practice can help you to achieve calm, balance and physical and mental resilience.
This 45-minute class features slow and mindful movement, with restorative and supportive postures and gentle breathwork to relax the nervous system and help your body adapt to hormonal fluctuations.

During class I will offer drops of a balancing and uplifting essential oil blend for those who would like to benefit from it.
Yoga is a wonderful complement to the natural therapies and / or Hormone Replacement Therapies that you may already be undertaking or looking into. Whilst yoga can assist with hormone imbalance, we recommend you speak to your doctor or a menopause specialist about persistent symptoms that are affecting your day-to-day life.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided. Please feel free to bring a blanket, cushion, eye mask and warm layers for your own comfort.
