Hi, my name is Neil. I am originally from a small town in Northern Ireland, but I have lived in Liverpool for almost 16 years.
For those who don’t know me, I’d describe myself as a people person who loves getting immersed in the local community. In my spare time I love sports and when I’m not playing football, I coach a local ladies football team (back-to-back League Champions for the last 2 years - get in!). I also have a keen interest in music - predominately Rap, R&B or Soul – however when its Karaoke time, I’ll get up and sing just about anything.
My passion is in community and helping people achieve their best in life, that’s why when I saw that TLC were hiring I was desperate to get involved! Transform Lives have a fantastic outlook and it aligns perfectly with my own personal desires to enhance society for the better.
I have a degree is Education & Sport from Liverpool Hope University and I’ve spent a considerable time in recruitment within the Education sector. I have also just finished a short stint as an employment advisor so I understand the scary world of employment and employability!
My ambition is to help local people find the confidence, understanding and desire to get the best out of life, whether that is getting into the world of work, or improving their overall health and wellbeing.
