Job summary

Christ Church Community Developments (4C) is a community hub based in Ashton-Under-Lyne in Tameside.

Our centre is used by lots of community and voluntary groups in Tameside, the building provides a space to come together, be inspired and connect with others.

This role is to provide general administration to support the day to day running of the centre.

Assisting with bookings, invoicing and general enquiries will be the main functions of the role.

Keeping on top of emails, updating records on our booking system and being the point of contact for people using the centre.

Updating and communicating with our small team of volunteers and the trustees, the schedule for the week, and supporting funded events.

Organising meeting for the board of trustees with partners and organisations who use the centre.                               

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

You must be Friendly and welcoming. Can work on the computer and able to pick up working on our booking system. Comfortable and friendly on the phone and via email. Attention to detail, very organised, can work to deadlines.
