Job Specification
 
Our Guest Experience Manager will be the first point of contact for our guests. Welcoming guests into the salon (at present following Covid protocols which are in place in the salon) checking them in and showing them to their seat. The successful applicant will check all forms including Skin testing and Covid Health questionnaire are completed and signed by the guest using an IPad. The successful applicant will be in charge of making sure all gowns are washed, folded with a towel and bagged ready for each guest. They will also need to check stock regularly for anything which adds to the guest experience and make sure everything is ordered to ensure a smooth visit. This job will suit someone who likes greeting people and making them feel welcome, can work as part of a busy team of stylists, is friendly, organised and approachable. The successful person will experience customer service work as well as life in a busy salon.
 
Essential Skills
 
Successful applicant must be able to use an IPad or other tablet (provided) and be able to log details for guests. To be responsible for stock counting and re-ordering you must have basic numeracy and accuracy skills.
