The successful applicant will engage with different parts of the organisation to support them in delivering projects. Daily tasks within our day-to-day handling of administration are varied but could include, managing emails, formatting documents, data entry and scheduling meetings.
The post will be a workplace-learning programme where our team will train and support the individual. So, while it’s useful to have experience of the tasks mentioned, it’s not necessary.
The individual will be part of a peer-group of KickStart colleagues at Traverse. While you may have different roles in different teams, you will all be working toward similar goals and will complete a core training programme together. This will include a range of different internal and external learning opportunities such as Customer Service, How to use Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, and Health and Safety.
This 6-month KickStart programme will prepare the individual to continue with Traverse through a Business Administrator apprenticeship.
We have regionally based office spaces and our staff work as a dispersed team and we fully support a blended home/office culture.
You will be working in a busy team, so being organised and a good team player is essential. You will need to be good at communicating with different people, be comfortable using different computer packages, like Microsoft Word and Excel, and have good attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
