Trueman Change are a small management consultancy who help public sector organisations to change the way they work. We are a small dynamic team and ambitious to grow, and we need people to help us. Job Description:

Assisting the Finance & Business Officer with transactional accounts (data input), digital filing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, managing emails, booking meetings, creation of new documents.

Assisting the Finance & Business Officer with setting up and maintaining a new CRM system.
Assisting the Finance & Business Officer with Business Intelligence monitoring and reporting.
Supporting the business development team with marketing campaigns.
Supporting online events (e.g. emailing attendees, ensuring people have the links they need to sign on).
Administration functions (e.g. managing emails, booking meetings).
Attending online meetings as required
