The Dyslexia Foundation is a small charity looking for an admin person to help support the busy office, general duties from answering the phone, email, helpline and filling. The individual will work closely with a member of the team and will be given support to develop the appropriate skills need to work in a busy office.
The skills necessary for the post are educated to 4 GCSE and with an enthusiasm for the volunteer sector. Must be confident on the phone and have good computer skills, At least one year of experience in administrative or clerical roles, Excellent customer service skills to promote client satisfaction, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills, demonstrable experience using computer software and hardware, including a word processor, spreadsheets and presentation software ,strong organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties, Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
