The role is about supporting the Directors to ensure that our customers enjoy a positive experience from start to finish.
The candidate will be required to use email templates to correspond with customers to ensure that they are set up to travel safely and within insurance and Covid requirements.
This will include checking validity of driving licenses on DVLA and sending templated emails to customers with final information.
We expect the candidate to undertake a large amount of route planning which will involve planning the CamperHoliday routes in google maps including journey times/distances, writing copy to describe the routes, identifying campsites along the route including their contact details, identifying things to do along the route including any details required to make bookings.
Once the route planning is complete the candidate will then need to obtain SEO approval and Director approval to the completed route planning template
Once approved the route plan will need to be uploaded to the CamperHoliday internet site.
The candidate will be asked, from time to time, to assist with van turn around including cleaning and rotation of van stock (crockery, cutlery games etc) and meet and greet of customers.
