GiveGetGo for Partners
GGG Partners bring the people and resources to the GGG programme
Maybe you’d like to open up your workplace to volunteers for the first time, or to offer a new strand of volunteering within your organisation. You will want our help to tailor this specifically to recruit unemployed people from the local area. Perhaps you can offer interesting and enjoyable volunteer roles or a training room and access to IT.
If you already have volunteers involved in what you do, it’s likely quite a few of them have decided that volunteering will help them find a job. GiveGetGo is more structured, it helps people convert their new found skills in to their job search, and it gives them the additional training they need to progress. And it’s a win:win….in our experience volunteers who feel invested in are more likely to stay as a volunteer to their organisation even when they manage to find work.
Delivery partners are organisations that offer funding, facilities and volunteering opportunities to the GGG programme.

Referral partners are organisations who are linked to groups of unemployed people.
With 40% of GiveGetGo volunteers progressing to employment and over half going on to further training or volunteering the benefits speak for themselves.
GiveGetGo volunteers become more socially active, more confident, better connected and are undoubtedly more attractive to employers.
Social Housing tenants are more able to pay their rent, people are less likely to be involved in anti-social behaviour and their overall mental well-being will be improved if they are in work, GiveGetGo helps people to achieve these goals and gives them the skills they need for life.
“Embedding mental health support in employability, using confidence building and volunteering to support people to build self-esteem and take soft steps into the world of work. Projects such as GiveGet Go, delivered by Transform Lives are a great example.”
