Do Your Coaching ILM Level 3 Qualification with TLC

Coaching is widely recognised as one of the most effective ways to empower and develop teams and individuals. By studying a Coaching qualification people will get the knowledge and skills to keep them and their teams on track, being the best they can be and more satisfied at work.  Once qualified, people will be a Coaching practitioner and they will all receive the ILM Level 3 Award in Coaching.

The ILM Level 3 in Coaching will give you valuable and transferable knowledge and experience

 Learning outcomes:

• Know what it takes to be an effective coach in your workplace
• Understand how coaching works – learn a coaching model and tools and techniques to support it
• Put your new skills into practice in your job – carry out supervised coaching sessions
• Analyse, assess and plan to improve your own coaching ability

Tutor: Lee Fishwick – ILM7 qualified Coach, highly experienced teacher and lecturer on a University; Coaching and Mentoring degree and foundation degree.

Dates:  6 taught days

  • 16th/23rd/30th September 2019
  • 17th February 2020
  • 23rd March 2020

Tasks / support provided:

  • 1 written assignment, supervised by the tutor
  • Portfolio of evidence (practice hours)
  • 1 reflective assignment on your own practice / learning
  • Workplace coaching sessions (6 hours practice) with one or more client
  • One to one support from tutor

Location: The Reach, South Liverpool Homes, Speke (free parking available); tea and coffee provided.  Delegates are asked to bring their own lunch (or shops available close by)

Cost:    The total cost is £600 +VAT per place
